Tariff 2007/08

Carnaburg offers a choice of comfortable accommodation to suit your requirements and budget. All rooms are individually furnished with twin or double beds, hospitality tray, television, and bathroom facilities either en-suite or located nearby. Most rooms have lovely views of Tobermory Bay and the Morven Hills beyond.

Rates quoted are per room per night for one or two persons and include full breakfast and VAT at 17.5%.

A discount of £10 on room rate, per night is offered for single occupancy

A discount of 10% is offered on 4 or more nights dinner, bed and breakfast

Children

*Children sharing our ‘Family Room’ with 1 or 2 adults are charged as follows:

• Children under 5 are charged an additional £5 per day
• Children under 10 sharing a ‘Family Room’ with their parents are charged an additional £10 per night
• Children over 10 years are charged an additional £30 per night

We regret that we do not provide additional beds in our other rooms. Nor do we provide cots. However, parents are welcome to bring their own cots if agreed at the time of booking.

Dogs

We are extremely happy to accept dogs by prior arrangement. We do ask however, that you do not leave the dog in the room by itself. Any damage caused will be charged for. There is a charge of £5.00 per dog per day

Smoking Policy

We are a ‘no smoking’ premises and operate a ‘no smoking’ policy throughout the building in line with Scottish legislation.

Booking Conditions

We respectfully remind guests that a reservation is a contract. A deposit of £20 per person is required to confirm all booking.

Due to our geographical location, an island, our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellation within 14 days of date of arrival incurs the loss of the deposit. We reserve the right to charge the full amount of the original reservation if we are unable to re-let the room or rooms.

• Early curtailment of reservations will incur a charge of £30 per person. We reserve the right to charge the full amount of the reservation period outstanding on curtailment if we are unable to re-let the room or rooms.

• It is recommended that insurance cover is taken out on all bookings.
